Dr. Harmell is an educator, lecturer and consultant in the specialty area of ethic and law in clinical practice. Having served on both the state and county ethics committees in California where she is licensed, Dr. Harmell has an indepth knowledge of California law, CSWA, NASW, CAMFT and APA ethics codes, and current Standard of Care.
